Please take into consideration age and condition, Antique and Vintage jewellery does not look brand new, that’s part of its charm. The provenance and history of a piece of jewellery is part of its unique character.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
We will refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
Returned Items Procedures
Returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and packaging and returned direct to our store or by post within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Return postage, packing and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Toledo Fine Jewellery and Antiques, The Strand Shopping Centre, Coolangatta QLD 4225, Australia.
Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt and shipping documents
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Approved Credit Note and Exchanges
· Toledo will issue a credit note or exchange equivalent to the original purchase price (not for any original or return shipping or insurance)
· Credit notes or exchanges will be provided within 7 business days of the date of return.
· Return postage, packing and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
Handmade, customised or special ordered pieces may not be eligible for return in this instance.
In the interests of health and safety, we do not accept returns of Pierced Earrings.
Normal wear and accidental damage are not covered.
Please note that any modifications or 3rd party repairs will void the warranty.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not covered.
